AI eCommOps is a business services engagement offered by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd to registered BPO service providers. The setup fee is consideration for defined deliverables — a provisioned workspace and server, a panel licence, a configured and evaluated agent fleet, an operating specification, documentation, onboarding and a defined period of supervised support. Those deliverables are listed in the schedule to the service agreement.
Payouts described on this site are consideration for services delivered by the partner and verified through the platform. They are computed from a published rate card applied to delivered units, adjusted by a quality score. They are variable and are not fixed, assured or guaranteed in any manner.
No security, deposit or scheme
Nothing on this site constitutes or is intended to constitute a security, a deposit, a chit, a money circulation scheme, a collective investment scheme, or a solicitation or acceptance of deposits from the public. No funds are pooled, no instrument is issued, and no person acquires any interest in Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd or in any client of Akontec by reason of taking this project.
Capital at risk
The setup fee is commercial expenditure by the partner and is at the partner's own risk in the ordinary course of business. It is not protected, insured or refundable except as expressly provided in the service agreement, including the 45-day allocation commitment described on this site.
Figures are planning bases
All volumes, payout bands, running costs, payback periods and twelve-month models shown on this site are planning bases for a typical workspace at the stated fleet size. They are illustrative, not projections and not commitments. Actual results depend on allocated volume, client demand, marketplace conditions, quality performance and the partner's own operating discipline, and will differ.

All depictions of the operating panel on this site are renderings created for illustration. No client, workspace or partner data appears anywhere on this site. The live console is shown only in a supervised demonstration.

Precedence
In the event of any inconsistency between this site and the executed service agreement, the service agreement prevails. Website content may be updated without notice.
