What you need before you apply.

This page is written to disqualify as much as to qualify. A partner who signs without the reviewer or the working capital in place will struggle in month two, and that helps nobody.

Company

  • Registered company, LLP or firm in India
  • GST registration in force
  • PAN, bank account and cancelled cheque in the company name
  • Authority to sign a service agreement, NDA and information-security schedule
  • No conflicting engagement with a competing eCommerce operations platform

People

  • One experienced team leader, available part-time from day one, to clear the human review queue every working day
  • A full-time reviewer from agent 16 onward
  • An owner or operations head who will attend the weekly review call for the first 90 days
  • Basic eCommerce or marketplace familiarity helps, but is not required — it is taught in onboarding

Infrastructure

  • A stable broadband connection and one workstation for the reviewer
  • No floor, no seats, no telephony and no dialler required
  • The workspace VPS is provisioned by Akontec — you do not supply servers
  • A device policy consistent with the information-security schedule

Working capital

  • The setup fee, payable 60% on signature and 40% at go-live
  • Two months of running cost held in reserve while allocation ramps
  • Your reviewer's cost through the ramp period
  • Payout arrives monthly in arrears — plan the first cycle accordingly

Do not take this project if

  • You cannot commit a reviewer. The fleet drafts; a person releases. Without that person the queue ages, the SLA breaches and the score falls.
  • You need a fixed monthly invoice regardless of volume. This is unit-priced work.
  • You expect to bring your own eCommerce clients. Allocation comes from Akontec, and the client contract stays with Akontec.
  • You want the setup returned inside three months. It is recovered in month 5 on the published model.
  • You are looking for passive income. This is an operation and it needs running.

If that reads like your company, the next step is short.

A fifteen-minute panel demo, then a scoping call. We will tell you plainly if we do not think the fit is right.
