Five stages, each with named deliverables and a sign-off. Compare it against the forty-five to sixty days a conventional campaign takes to reach full production, and note that no hiring appears anywhere in it.
Stage 1 · Mobilisation Day 1–3
Akontec: service agreement, NDA and infosec schedule executed; workspace and VPS provisioned; delivery manager, technical owner and billing owner named. You: reviewer nominated, panel roles confirmed, banking and GST details submitted. Sign-off: workspace live and reachable.
Stage 2 · Process capture & knowledge build Day 3–7
Akontec: the client's process written into the operating spec, every rule traced to a source document; catalogue, policies, historical tickets, macros and precedent indexed to your workspace. You: nothing yet — this stage is ours. Sign-off: operating spec issued to you, open items listed rather than guessed.
Stage 3 · Fleet configuration & evaluation Day 5–14
Akontec: ten agents scoped, tool-bound, guardrailed and run against replayed historical tasks from your allocated accounts; per-agent, per-task-type accuracy reported. You: reviewer completes panel training and the handbook. Sign-off: evaluation report shared, every agent clearing its threshold.
Stage 4 · Shadow mode Day 14–18
Akontec: fleet runs on live volume publishing nothing; disagreements fed back into rules and knowledge daily. You: reviewer works the full queue against real output and learns the fleet's behaviour at zero risk. Sign-off: your reviewer confirms they are comfortable releasing.
Stage 5 · Graduated release Day 18–21
Akontec: autonomy released one task type at a time, lowest risk first, each with a named decision recorded. You: clear the queue daily and raise anything that looks wrong. Sign-off: go-live declared; the 45-day allocation clock starts; 90-day supervised support begins.
What can delay it
Missing client source documents, incomplete catalogue data, or a reviewer who has not been freed up. All three are visible in week one, and we will say so rather than let the date slip quietly.
What does not delay it
Hiring, seat build-out, telephony provisioning, training batches, attrition backfill. None of it exists on this project.
After go-live
Weekly review call for 90 days with your named delivery manager, weekly QC sampling, monthly scorecard and payout statement issued together.
Twenty-one days, and no hiring in any of them.
